Adding 300 Formats to Q!365 including the brand new Loop files
At the end of March 2024 Microsoft introduced new performance, collaboration and interactivity upgrades to the file viewer in Microsoft 365. With that update, previewing files is now possible without needing the specific app to open said files or even having to download them.
Now, Q365! offers the same options to allow all the new supported file formats to work the very same way – including within Salesforce! No matter if it’s videos, PDF files, drawings or other file types. Everything is accessible.
Information and Action Overviews
If you’re viewing a document you immediately have access to extra information, the ability to edit, share and more.
With the new markup option, you can take notes or even mark anything in a file – be it .pdf, ,.rtf, .ai or others.
Rather than needing to download videos, you will now be able to easily stream them directly from the server.

There are a myriad of new options, supported files, upgrades and more. If you’re using Copilot, that is already included in the upgrades as well! Rather than downloading EML files into Outlook you can now also view those directly.
